For single women between the ages of 18 and 39 years.
This retreat is designed for women in discernment of the vocation of Consecrated Virginity. The weekend will include daily Mass, adoration, Liturgy of the Hours, prayer ministry, and confession. There will be time for socializing with other women in discernment as well as talking with consecrated virgins over the span of the weekend. Along with this, there will be discussion groups held for every session.

Cost: $200 for the weekend, includes lodging, meals, and materials. A $25 deposit with registration will hold your place at the retreat, the balance of $175 is due at check in.

About the Facilitators
Dawn Hausmann is the Director of Consecrated Vocations, Coordinator of Young Adult Ministry, and Delegate of Consecrated Life for the Lansing Diocese. She has been serving the Diocese of Lansing since 2011. She has a degree in Social Work from MSU and a Master in Theology from the Pontifical John Paul Institute for the Studies of Marriage and Family in Washington D.C. She has a passion for spreading John Paul II's Theology of the Body, teaching Ignatian Spirituality, and for helping people journey in vocational discernment. She herself has responded to a call to the consecrated life in the vocation of consecrated virginity. On November 16th 2019, Dawn was consecrated to a life of virginity as a bride of Christ by Bishop Boyea on the Feast of St. Gertrude.
Karen Ervin has given her life to Christ and is consecrated as a virgin living in the world for the Archdiocese of Detroit. Her love for the Lord is infectious and she leads women and youth retreats so that others might encounter Christ. She comes with a wealth of knowledge in the battles we face everyday to live the faith, having worked for 23 years as a high school teacher, counselor and principal. She now serves as the Principal of Our Lady of Good Counsel elementary School in Plymouth, Michigan.
